I recently moved into a house and wanted to upgrade its existing alarm system with a remote control and monitoring feature. I was introduced to their security advisor Sharon Liao, who found me a solution to maximumly utilize the existing system to save on cost without compromising any features. Their technician Detlef did a beautiful job on the installation and wiring, and tutored me through the system in details. I also got several follow ups from the company after the installation to test out monitoring status. This company makes me feel backed and covered. I will definately recommend them to my friends.

I got a tricky situation to have my kitchen hood installed. To start, my cabinet needs to be cut and raised to meet the building code, for which Mark rightly insisted. To make the matter worse, my wall vent is so awkwardly shaped that it was nearly impossible to get a proper seal. Yet, Mark did everything and did it well. Very satisfied.

I would like to thank Amy and Bill's team for the excellent job they have done at my place. Amy was so helpful in providing advices and support whenever you need. Bill's installation team showed up right on time despite of heavy fog in the morning and completed an amazing installation within just a few hours. I will recommend these people to my friends.
