Very responsive company by phone, text or email. Have it down to a fine art. Rob did a great job, very thorough and explains things well.

Eugene and Anton did a great job bringing our old downtown TO bathroom into the modern world which was not easy in an old house with all its peculiarities. Eugene is very responsive and customer service oriented which is unusual in this business. He managed the restrictions on contractors during Covid very well. The two young lads are not afraid to recommend style, fixtures, materials to us old folks. They have an excellent supplier/installer in Andrew of Ontario Glass.

Big Ben and his crew of Steve, Glen and Rupert did a great job of demolition in our old house in downtown Toronto. Ben returns calls promptly, sticks to his quote.and shows up when he states he will. There were two layers of plaster and one of drywall which was not an easy job. Showed great customer service when they removed old pink insulation from the crawlspace for a small charge even though it was not part of the original job.

I hired Vule Tile to tile our front hallway and fireplace hearth. Although though not a big job (40 sq. feet) it was a tricky one due to an uneven floor and out of square angles ( old downtown Toronto house built in 1906). The tile setting required Vule and his nephew to exercise extreme care and craftmanship to get them level and square. He screwed down the subfloor some more ( not happy with # of screws by hardwood flooring installer) , laid the Ditra and tile and presto a beautiful porcelain tile entrance. Working with black grout he was very careful to not make a mess around the fireplace. We will be hiring Vule Tile to do our kitchen. Great customer service skills and a very nice manner too.

Marco, Mike and AJ did a great job, very customer service oriented. They were always on time, performed clean work.House is 100 years old, three stories and had a real hodgepodge of old wiring. They had no problem with getting it out and replacing with new wire and panel.
