Big Ben's Junk Removal

I am a senior who about couple of weeks ago called Big Ben's junk removal to get a quote on removing some junk from my basement and back yard (old refrigerator, book shelves, old power saw, bbq and tanks and miscellaneous junk). Ben came over and gave me a price then a week later I called him and he came in a day's notice with a bin and two helpers and in about 2-3 hours got everything gone! I was very pleased with the service and cost and I will be using Ben again to help me clear out more junk in prep for downsizing. Thanks Ben!

We needed to remove a metal post from our yard that had been installed either by a utility or a long-ago homeowner and it was causing trouble for my neighbours. I asked several different service providers - my current contractors, a scrap metal place, junk places. Nobody could/would do it until I called Big Ben who did it quickly, affordably, and easy for me. Would definitely call again.

So hard to knock the price or service. Having used this attentive team downtown for years, I challenged them to come up to North Toronto. They met the challenge perfectly. Timely drop off and pick ups are well received in Lawrence Park. Simply put, they give me confidence and make me look good every time.

Good and friendly customer service and trust wordy.

Cleaned out my shed and i didnt lift a finger. Moved all the garbage out, and sorted all the remaining outside the shed. Within 2 hours I was able to tear down the shed and they took it as well the next week. Very affordable price and the crew were super nice and polite.

Its been amazing working alongside with big ben, being that our company is warehoused based it going to come with various things that need to be thrown out such as boxes and plastic. Anytime the bin was full and needed a replacement, upon request they would always arrive at a reasonable time. I will continue to use their services and will always recommend them to anyone in need of the service that they provide.
