We moved into an older home, and had a preliminary inspection of our boiler by another company. They said all was fine. I subsequently discovered a leak and brought in Hoerner and another company to quote. Hoerner's customer service won me over. Claire and her team exceeded my expectations in talking to me about the whole radiant and boiler system. They found issues with a boiler that the other company missed. Claire's give me solid advice about how to maintain the system and what to do as it nears end of life. The prices are extremely reasonable and they have the best staff. Highly recommend.

The President of Clean Cut turned a fun project into an unenjoyable regret. He's very prompt in responding to you to get your business but he doesn't equip his men with the right tools to make a great work product. He admittedly said "had I known you had stains on the ceiling we would have taken care of that easily for you, would have taken an extra minute to apply sealer to the stains but because you had not mentioned so, I did not give the guys any sealer." I needed to pay to have them come back. What world does he live in, is what I wonder. Who asks to have a ceiling painted but leave spots? He blames the client for not being upfront? How was I supposed to know the paint was so thin it doesn't cover stains? I'm just shocked. I guess he thinks it's a great way to up sell and take more out from your clients. Would NEVER deal with him again.

Karel did a wonderful job at installing our chandelier electrical and under cabinet lighting. He was responsive and timely. Pricing was very reasonable. Our inspections passed with flying colors. Would recommend.
