I've reached out to Furnace King because my old AC unit has failed and I urgently needed to replace it before summer heat starts. Naturally, I went to HomeStars looking for a company with good reputation and reviews. Furnace King was very prompt to response, Sundeep came to my house on the next day, listened to my needs and requirements, provided his professional recommendation on the new unit. Great experience and solid professional advice. The install team arrived just 2 days after. The installers were on time, did great work, very fast and efficient. Cleaned up everything after leaving the place as clean as it was before they arrived if not better. Great experience overall. Sundip has followed up with me the next day after the install. What can I say, Furnace King has certainly lived up to their excellent reputation on HomeStars and also my expectations. I'm very happy with my choice - excellent work guys! Thank you!

My windows well drain got blocked. Oleg and his team dug out the drain, did camera inspection, replaced both the drain and part of the weeping tile, installed new membrane and re-installed the well stones all in one day. The work site was left clean. I'm very happy with prompt and quality service and will reach out to Rooterworx again if I need another drain work. Certainly recommend Oleg and his team, they did an excellent job.

I needed 2 water shutoff valves installed under my sink for cold and hot water. Basically, shut off water supply, cut the pipes, install 2 new valves. Provided service was prompt and efficient. I've had some discontent initially because the price was not quoted to me until I was charged for service visit. However, I've got a good follow up call from Water Works, I've explained to them what the issue was, hopefully in the future they will be providing ballpark price estimations before charging a fee for service visit. Because they have followed up with me and asked what could they do to improve their services I'm ready to give them a good rate now. This company takes customer satisfaction seriously. Cheers!

Classic Home Inspections review ratings set quite high expectations right from the start and I must say that Brent matched the expectations 100% - 10 out of 10! He was on-time, very professional, took great care explaining all his findings and providing very useful advice and recommendations. His attention to details was truly excellent. I have selected TempoTech after reading multiple reviews and talking to 6 other companies. I must say I have definitely made the right choice. I'm more than satisfied with their services, here are specific reasons why: 1. Professionalism. Everyone in the company I have dealt with (Vlatko, Bob and several other guys) are very professional. The shape of my countertop is quite complex and also I've requested to make a few changes over a course of the project. Everything was handled in very efficient and professional manner. 2. Quality. I have a very long irregular shape countertop, the old laminate countertop was made out of 4 separate pieces. To my amazement, TemoTech had managed to made a new granite countertop just out of 3 pieces! Just two joints on a 28 feet long countertop! Do I need to say more? 3. Installation. The installation team was excellent, all work has been done perfectly. When their work has been completed, they have cleaned up everything and also sealed the countertop. Everything was spotless after they have left. Great guys. 4. Pricing. I find TempoTech prices to be very reasonable. I have definitely felt that I'm getting value for my money. Excellent quality for good price - perfect combination. One thing to note: Other than granite, TempoTech is offering some kitchen hardware such as sinks, faucets, drawer handles, etc. Take my word for it - it is definitely worth to check out. I have done quite a bit of research and concluded that TempoTech is also the best place to buy kitchen sink and faucet. They offer high quality Richelieu and Fonder products for a very good price. Conclusion: TempoTech has exceeded my expectations in all respects. If I would be doing another kitchen renovation project I would go back to TempoTech for sure.
