Very professional installation and customer communication. Arrived on time, and finished ahead of schedule. Nick and Collin were excellent representatives for Whitby Garage Doors. Took the time to explain and program use of openers.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Appreciate the effort to obtain a heat exchanger for our High Efficiency furnace. This was a Trane furnace only four years old, with a cracked heat exchanger. The weekend was cold, and the house was kept warm with electric heaters. Repair was done in one day, once the unit was found.
