An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I called First Call Heating on boxing day when I awoke to no heat in my home. I spoke with Levi and made arrangements for him to come to my home and try to fix the problem. Before Levi arrived the gas company sent a technician who rectified the problem and I called Levi to cancel the service call. Even though he was not charging me for the call, he said that my house was on his way home and he wanted to stop just to make sure that everything was running properly. What amazing service. He genuinely was concerned about my family and wanted to make sure that we had heat. Levi went above and beyond that day and he is a great face for First Call Heating. I was amazed at all of the services he told me that you offered and have already booked a furnace service and duct cleaning with First Call. They will always be my go to company because of the care they give their customers.
