Dropped off a robotic pool cleaner on May 9/18. Told the repair would take 2 to 3 weeks. Did not receive a follow call or email. Emailed AquaTech on May 29/18. Did not receive a response. Followed up on May 30/18. Did receive a response " have not looked at it". No comment as to the timing of a review or repair. Followed up again on June 5/18 inquiring when it would be looked at and repaired. Received a reply of " The Pool Robot Guy might be able to fit you in? Phone# ... But it is busy sorry". I chose to pick up the cleaner on June 19th, almost 6 weeks later with out any resolution. When I picked the cleaner, I was asked why? I replied it has been almost 6 weeks with nothing happening. they replied "we are busy you know".

Highly recommend. Were in the process of getting a new furnace and water heater. Contacted convertible heating in the morning and my call was returned within the hour. Chris from convertible arranged an appointment the same day day. Reviewed several options for the furnace and water heater. Chris was knowledgeable and went into detail of the rebate programs available. We decided to replace the furnace and go with a tankless water tank. Pricing was very competitive and very reasonable. The technicians were on time and courteous. Explained the steps involved to replace the furnace. Very with he explanation. Unfortunately the tankless water heater could not be installed. there were some technical issues that needed to be resolved - venting requirements. The installation could not be completed and needed to be requoted. An additional $250 + HST was added. The install was done 2 business days later. Same technicians did the install. Again, they were courteous, explained the steps and did a very neat a and clean job.

Redrhino entertainment. Bought the box for my tv at the Toronto home show in March 2018. After approximately 3 months the box stopped working. Repeatedly called the help number over several weeks. No one has returned my call. I have the original packaging and warranty claiming I am covered for 1 year from date of purchase. An email was sent to the location advising me that I need to pay a 1 year working of $150 US. The sales person at the home show said there are “no hidden costs, a one time purchase and that is it”.

Second week of March, my toilet and sink did not drain. Bathroom is undergoing renovations. the shower is not functional and not being used. Both the toilet and sink are used infrequently. POM arrived and snaked drain. water was draining. However, it did appear that the toilet was gurgling. On April 11, called and left a message explaining my situation. . No one returned my call. On April 12, called and left another message. On April 13, called and left a message. A return call was made but it was to my home number. Called later that day and spoke to a person. Explained the situation. asked if POM could review. I was disappointed that POM did not guarantee their work. Any service was subject to full service charges despite that the drain was plugged again. Response I received "must be something else going". I have had other plumbing services guarantee their work.
