Last week Friday the crew from Convertible came over and installed a brand new, high efficiency Amana furnace for us. Their work was quick and clean. The crew, particularly Camille, was very knowledgeable regarding the installation standards, practices and the unit itself. The week before the installation, it was one of the coldest weeks Toronto has had in about 5 years. Our old furnace broke down and we had a few very cold nights. Convertible was very professional and we were very happy with their service.

Tim, Mark and the team at Woodchuck gave us service and products that was first class. We purchased a new home that required immediate renovations of the flooring. Tim recommended a very high grade laminate flooring, exclusive to Woodchuck, that would serve us well and would be easy to install. He was absolutely right. It was simple to install and has been extremely durable. Early in the Christmas season, we had a party with approximately 70 people stomping all over the flooring. Not a scratch and still beautiful. Final thing, because we had very limited time to get flooring measurements, we had inadvertently overestimated quite badly. Tim and Mark, true to form with a very customer-oriented mindset, allowed us to return them with no problems or concerns. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I would recommend them to anyone…and have since working with them. Thanks Fellas.
