First, they were supposed to call the night before to let us know when they were coming the next day. That didn't happen. Second, we have white carpet and it is only 8 months old. The tech, Rob, insisted that the previous owners didn't care about the carpet (it was brand new when we moved in) and it was poor quality (insurance paid for it and we know from the installer that it was very expensive). There are still stains and we could have achieved the same results with our steamer. Totally disappointed.
