Recently I have been having some problems finding a good home inspector so I went online to see some reviews. I couldnt believe how many people were speaking so highly of Vahn, so I decided to give it a chance. Thankfully I made the right choice! I couldn't be happier with the experiences I've had dealing with Vahn and the Solex Group. This week will be the 3rd time I will be using Vahn for my home inspection. He was absolutely amazing each time I have used him for inspections. Always quick with booking an appointment and always on time. He never rushed through anything, and was more than patient to go through it with me and explain everything to make things clear. He was honest and took his time to look at every detail he could and make sure the job was done right! I felt more than comfortable when he was done the inspection and had an extremely detailed report in my inbox less than 24 hours later. I would with no doubt advise anyone looking for a home inspection to call Vahn from Solex Group. I can 100% recommend him! Thank you Vahn :) Kimberly Clish

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I have never taken the time to write a review for any services I have had. This was by far the best home inspection and best customer service I have known and had the pleasure of experiencing. I was lucky enough to have Vahn Balabanian as my inspector. He was AMAZING! He really took his time to identify EVERY issue or predict what we would have issues with in the future. Had I not have called Clear View, I probably would have made a really horrible house purchase and not had the pleasure of meeting Vahn. Any further home inspections I will need in the future, I would be more than comfortable to call Clear View back and have them do the job, because I'm certain they will overachieve any expectations we have. I choose the Advanced inspection that ended up being a Total Fee of: $593.25. well worth it! Thank You Clear View and mostly Tom for setting me up with the best (Vahn) and for making me feel more than comfortable with everything you did for me! Kimberly Clish
