The surface of the flat roof over my extension was old and needed to be replaced. I also had some other roof-related questions. I did some basic research. I called The Roof Whisperer late 2014--after first snow had already fallen--to look at eroded flat roof membrane that I had neglected and was worried would leak over the winter. Ilir visited within a week, noticed rotten wood and a stop edge where drip edge would normally be installed, and sent a worker who quickly fixed everything up in a few hours on a chilly day and left the roof and yard clean. Ilir also assessed the second roof and provided valuable advice about ice damming. The patched section has held up well over a long, cold winter, and I am grateful for the professional job The Roof Whisperer did on such short notice.
