Purchased and installed all new windows and patio door in mid-2020. PROS: - The appearance is very nice from the inside and outside. They look solid and modern. - The house definitely retains greater heat during the colder months. - Long term/lifetime warranty is great to have should anything happen. - Responsive customer service. I had an issue with a defective lock on the patio door and it was replaced right away. CONS: - The installation team damaged some walls during the install (drywall in various places; extra cuts and slices they made accidentally). Not impressed. - The double paned glass does not do enough to muffle outdoor sounds or keep indoor noise inside. - On super cold days ice seems to build up on the inside window ledge. I thought new windows would help with this issue. - There were large gaps left from where the old frames were removed and new ones installed. Not impressed that the customer has to finish caulking to make it look presentable. - The design of the window frame itself. The openings (designed for airflow and drainage) allow small insects easier access and are also drafty as a result.

I'm very happy with my experience with Five Star Bath Solutions. We had an old tub with surrounding tiles in bad condition so we opted for a tub to shower conversion renovation. The entire process took roughly 4 months, but that was due to ordering time for the product and scheduling conflicts/delays. The actual reno took only 1.5 days so that was very good. Even though it was fast, the quality of products and workmanship was excellent. From the initial sales consultation with Christine, to the design/measurements meeting with Eric, and finally Tomasz and crew for the installation, everything went smoothly and everyone was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Although the cost was more than I thought it would be when I was shopping around, the end result is amazing and I'm thrilled with the results. So for me, it was worth it.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for duct cleaning with Diamond Duct Cleaning but made sure to check Homestars reviews first. Well the positive reviews are all spot on and this company is highly recommended for a good reason. They came in on time and did a fantastic job with our first time ever duct cleaning. They were very neat (always removed their shoes), thorough and helpful with the tips they suggested. They went above and beyond what was expected and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I was shown before and after pictures and could hear all of the debris moving through the tube. I will definitely be calling them back in a couple years and have already passed their info along to friends and family looking for duct cleaning services. Thanks guys!

Excellent experience with gasguys.ca! George was able to accommodate us with a late night appointment which was much appreciated. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. The hook up was quick but thorough. He went over all the details of the new stove with us and we feel confident about using it and the work that was done. Highly recommend gasguys.

Our new insulated steel garage door was just installed and it looks great. We compared a few companies and are very happy with our decision to go with Smart Doors. We paid extra for black colour and aluminum capping to match but it was worth it because it looks amazing. Customer service is excellent. Ilan came out to our home more than once and was very patient with our many questions and concerns. Alia at head office was very helpful as well. Installer took his time, cleaned up everything and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company.
