Had a wonderful experience in customer service from Raj Sharma. Very helpful, i never felt pressured in any way to buy, he was very patient with us. It was hard for my wife and i to decide on sofa and coffee table because our two small kids were there with us. Raj was very affectionate towards my kids where he had a way to calm them down, lol Thanks again Raj for that. When i had my delivery, George and the other driver were very helpful and careful when delivering. I gave them 10 out of 10 for their service, job well done. Our coffee table had rusts on the joints and i called customer service and spoke to Annabelle and she was very helpful. I sent pictures of the rusts marks and Annabelle immediate the next day offered me a new one. After experiencing the bad quality workmanship of that coffee table i wasn't impressed. I went to the store to see the same table and it was the same thing there aswell. It was just a bad welding job from the manufacturer. Annabelle was very helpful and i was able to reselect another coffee table with that credit. Thank you to Raj Sharma for outstanding customer service and Annabelle for excellent customer service from the service department.

I definately give 10 STARS to Hamilton tech source....The best move i made was to hire Arfin to do my prewiring, installing of my surround sound equipment. Arfin is very knowledable and has alot of patience. His work is very precise, exact, accurate, and careful about details. And i was quite impressed by his minny vacuum which is also a tool kit...Arfin gave me great suggestions on where to locate my surround sound equipment and he also took the time to research items to help me decide on equipment....I know for a fact, no one, or no other company would go through the effort that Arfin went for me....He went beyond the customer service....I'm truley greatful. I definately would hire Hamilton Tech source, and i would be happy to refer Arfin to others.

I had a few shingles that needed to be repaired, I sent them an e-mail and they sent a repair person to fix the issue immediately. Deluca Roofing fixed the problem even when I wasn't home...Looked at my roof the next day and it was fixed. I have spoken to the customer service and she is very helpful, very polite and very professional. Also their repair trades are very skilled and professional. I highly recommend Deluca Roofing, if you are looking to get your roof done.
