First class individuals. Toronca was more than willing to come back and replace the footings for our deck to bring them to code but it turned out that they were passed by the city anyway. I have now planned to have them come back and build a lower landing to the 2nd story deck. Excellent people to work with. Excellent work. I would recommend them. They stand by their work.
