On Jan.17 at 9:30 pm I noticed that water was leaking from the bottom of my furnace. I wasn't sure if the water pump was broken and over flowing. So I called Coretemp and left message. Richard was very quick in calling back. After a few more questions on the phone he accessed that it could one of two possibilities or both. First it could be a water pump failure or secondly the water trap. Richard told me that he would come over first thing Sunday morning which he did. It ended up being the water trap. Not a surprise to him considering the age of the furnace installed in 2009. He replaced the broken part. Everything seemed fine until I noticed water again. Richard came over again and this time it was the water pump failed. He replaced the pump at no cost even though it was over the warranty period. While he was there I had my yearly maintenance for furnace done also. If you want fast and reliable service you can count on Coretemp. Thank you again to Richard and Eric.

I had a new Ruud furnace and Rinnai water heater put in this past July. So far my wife and I are very happy with the hot water through the entire house. Even while the washer was running, someone taking a shower and dishes being washed. We are impressed with the heat coming from the furnace, especially how quiet the variable speed fan was when it is running. My son's room that was normally colder than the other bedrooms before feels alot warmer now. Also the few days we used the A/C in the summer we noticed how more even the temperature was. I guess that fan motor makes a big difference. On day of Richard arrived on time to start the installation and well equipped to do the job. Once they were finished working, the work area was throughly cleaned up and garbage taken away with them. I would strongly recommend using Coretemp because of their professional and courteous attitude.

Make sure that the furnace you choose is the right size for your home and check the warranty for the furnace parts. The warranty differs form one manufacturer to another.
