I called Reliance for an under warranty problem with my Air Conditioner. They were good to deal with and dispatched technician Gabriel Fazzolari. Gabriel diagnosed the problem very quickly, got the parts he needed and made the repair to my complete satisfaction. Gabriel phoned before he came, showed up on time, was very courteous and professional. Not to mention that he is extremely knowledgeable, as he pointed out a couple of other things to my wife. Same technician fixed another problem I had with my pulser humidifier last fall and once again did a great job. Thanks Gabriel for a job well done.

Chris and his assistant did a very good job. They showed up on time, the quality of the door is excellent and it looks great. It completely seals my garage from the elements and it will be a lot warmer this winter in the garage, as well as the bedroom above it. The price was competitive and I'm very pleased with the work that was done. I have recommended Chris to my friend, who is also looking at replacing his garage door.

Vule is what I would call a true professional. He is an honest, friendly and courteous person. His workmanship is outstanding. He is a perfectionist, extremely meticulous and detail oriented. He will not leave your premises until you are truly satisfied. Another thing I love about Vule, is that he shows up on time, cleans up before he leaves and delivers a truly fabulous product. My kitchen looks incredible and my wife is ecstatic, all thanks to Vule. If your are looking for someone to do tiling or backsplash work; you would be a fool to hire anyone else.

Watching John at work, it becomes clear, why he is a master plumber. He does a great job, nice clean solder joints and simple, but effective PVC connections. You can see that he is very meticulous and takes pride in what he does. He and his helper, showed up on time, left the working area clean, priced the job competitively, answered any questions I had and did a great job of installing two faucets and shut offs. I would use John again and recommend him to my friends without hesitation.

Paul and his partner did a super job cleaning my ducts. Because I sanded my floors, the ducts were filthy; they even pulled a small chunk of wood out of one my registers. These guys are extremely professional. They explain what they are going to and then proceed to deliver on their promise. They even cleaned my furnace. I will hire them again without hesitation. Look no further, if you want your ducts cleaned.

Peter and his team did a great job painting my house. They were punctual, cleaned up, and their price was competitive. Peter cuts the best lines I have ever seen; he is truly an artist with a paint brush. The lighting in my kitchen is not very good and the next day, I noticed a couple a spots that needed to be touched up. I phoned Peter, he came over and re-painted the entire kitchen again for me. I would have been happy with a touch up; that's the kind of service Peter delivers. Look no further, if you want your house painted.

Mark and George have a great team. They did a super job on my roof and I would hire them again in an instant. Their price was competitive, they showed up on time and did an excellent clean up afterwards. I was up on the roof with them and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. They even installed a bathroom fan vent for me; it was greatly appreciated. Look no further, if you are planning to do your roof.

Bought couch from Arrow Furniture. I was impressed with their salesman Tony Kwam; he was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Couch was delivered in perfect shape and the delivery guys were very good as well. Arrow Furniture had a very good selection and I would definitely go back to them again.

Francisco and his team are excellent. He understands the importance of delivering great customer service and is totally committed to it. I enjoyed interacting with him, he is very easy going and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. My wife and I are thrilled with the look of our new floors. His pricing is very competitive and he delivers on his promises. His son is a very nice young man as well and has learned well from his dad. Last year I had Green Valley Irrigation Ltd. install an under ground sprinkler system. They did an incredible job. I posted an extremely positive review back then. My lawn is just great and it has saved me hours of watering time. This year I turned the system on and one of my Zones was not working; I also needed a couple of heads to be adjusted in another zone. I called John and he answered right away. Came over and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Turns out, my Internet Provider cut the underground pipe with a shovel. John did not charge me a cent; even do he could have. He is most accommodating and told me to call him if I needed anything else or had any questions. He is a delight to deal with. I have recommended him to my friend who is going to have an irrigation system installed this year. Don't look any further if your are planning to have an under ground sprinkler system installed; Green Valley is the one for you. Great job, great service and competitive price.

Green Valley Irrigation is a service oriented company. John, the owner is a gem. He is an extremely honest and kind person; a real joy to deal with. Delivering top notch service is John's motto. The reason I chose John to do my in ground irrigation system was because of all the great reviews he receives on home stars; he did not disappoint me, in fact he exceeded my expectations. John and his crew did an excellent job, they showed up on time, were respectful towards me and my property and they cleaned up after themselves. They were also very thorough in showing me how to program the controller and made sure I was familiar with the lay out of the various zones. I called John a few days after the install wanting to make some adjustments, he answered his phone right away. He agreed to come over and make the changes I wanted at no extra cost. He told me to call him any time. I have referred him to my friend, who will be installing her system next April. Thanks John for a great job.

Tommy Gianitsopulos is the best Home Comfort Advisor you will ever deal with. Having been an installer himself; he is extremely knowledgeable and is able to provide the customer with the best solutions possible. I called Tommy a couple of times and he always answered the phone and catered to all my requests. The only reason I chose Reliance to do the work, was because of Tommy's professionalism. Jason Bruce was the installer and I was very happy with the quality of his work. He is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Both of these guys are the best in their field.

James of Derek's Tree service and his crew did an outstanding job. The price was reasonable, they showed up on time, cleaned up and were friendly and courteous. They made a difficult job look easy; that is because these guys are true professionals. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone else.
