Recently we decided to have our home painted and chose to use Devonian Painting Services. This was a big deal for us as we have always done our own to ensure the level of workmanship and need for detail orientation was as close-to-perfect as it could be. From the initial meeting with Pat to review our needs through to the completion of the project, we can’t say enough good things about this company and how glad we are that we chose Devonian. Professional, courteous and friendly both Pat and Ken demonstrated their painting expertise throughout the whole project- both possess a strong eye for attention to detail and quality work which now allows our home to be viewed at its absolute best. (and trust us- we don’t attribute these latter qualities of detail or quality to many on a regular basis as “picky” is our motto when it comes to our home and we demand a high level of both). Both Pat and Ken’s pride of workmanship as well as expertise at what they do is evident no matter where we look. And Ken- I can’t thank you enough for sharing your tips, tricks and general expertise with me on how I can achieve the paint finishes of my dreams! We can only wish that every company could be like Devonian Painting Services when it comes to professionalism, attention to detail and most importantly quality of workmanship.

Two years ago we decided it was time to start long-desired renovations that would elevate our typical builder grade home to that of a custom design. We began our search for a company who both understood the vision we had for what we wanted our home to look like and had the talent that could bring this vision to life. Bona Fide Renovations Inc. was highly recommended to us as the company who could help us achieve our goal. Although there were a plethora of companies out there to use , we chose Bona Fide Renovations Inc. and have nothing but praise to give... and for anyone who knows us with our demand for quality, attention to detail and near perfection when dealing with our home.. trust us, this is a difficult feat to accomplish . From the start Murray impressed us with his professionalism, expertise and workmanship in all facets of renovations from design ideas through to the finished product. Each project that we had completed from the simplest of installing new doors, millwork and architectural details throughout the house through to the most complex – a unique facade that took our fireplace from the standard builder grade to custom and the recently completed tile& marble door-less 4’x6’ walk-in shower along with the innovative barn style entry door to the bathroom itself that gave us more square footage in the entire room - was done with attention to detail and care resulting in a quality finished product. The compliments we get on our home now are numerous thanks to Bona Fide Renovations Inc. but more importantly we LOVE the way our home looks now and enjoy it so much more. Bona Fide Renovations Inc- we can’t thank you enough for taking our typical 1990’s run-of- the-mill house and turning it into the classic timeless beauty she is now. (and we will be seeing you in in the spring for the garage interior reno!)

Oct 09, 2014 Have used this company exclusively over the 18 years we've lived in home. Had service done on this date & staff(Ha, Justin and Dillan) were the utmost in professionalism and customer service (as were the staff who made the phone calls prior to their arrival) Kudos to the 3 fellows. Only strange issue we had was being told there were 2 additional vents that had never been done which were done at this visit & which made our bill much higher than we were told . Given this is the ONLY company we have ever used in this home over 18 years - how is it that 2 ducts were never discovered and cleaned in ALL those years by the numerous technicians that came in and were supposed to be thorough in completing the job???? Update Oct 14,2014 Hi Holly, Thank you so much for responding and sending the issue onto your general manager. I can not say enough about her. She contacted us today and has gone above & beyond anything we expected a company to do- an outstanding representative for your company- no wonder she has been there since 1984 which is actually how long we have been customers of your company. We can't say enough and only wish ALL companies followed Alberta Carpet & Furnace Cleaning's example of amazing customer service. A big thank you to you and her.
