Hi Manny - nice to hear from you. Sorry it has taken me far too long to reply, busy busy busy. Did you know that the Responsiveness rating on Homestars is not at all related to our customer service? It is based on how quickly we respond to reviews. That's right, we pride ourselves on how quickly we reply to our customers, and how much sooner we can get their home organized than our competitors, and yet our score is degraded by Homestars because I am too busy providing our excellent service to reply to our customer's awesome reviews right away. My bad. We'd likely have a 99.9% rating if I make the effort, so I guess that's what I'm going to have to do. Sorry, this is a pet peeve of mine since Homestars changed their rating system and we lost our top spot because of this... But I have to say that people looking for a services like ours are likely not very concerned about how quickly a company responds to their reviews, but would be very interested to know which companies do and don't provide their services in a timely fashion. Just sayin'. :)
With regards to the specifics of your review, Manny, yes although we endeavour to get the designs done right and build the ultimate solution, there are times when once we're finished and our client's put their things away they realize they want a minor change or two. More long-hanging than they thought, an extra couple of shelves for shoes etc. We have no problem accommodating most such changes, often at no charge dependning on the scope of work required. Of course if the adjustments were required because of something we did incorrectly there would never be a charge.
The important thing is as you noted, we built it, we adjusted it, and you're very happy with the results. A perfect 10 and satisfied enough to take the time to tell others about it. Thank you so much.
