Called Samsung to fix a new fridge that was not producing ice andwas put in touch with Elite who sent a repairman. After initial assement he had to return 4 times to fix parts that kept breaking. Ask Samsung to replace new fridge after new parts kept breaking but they gave me a runaround. Elite serviceman was professional and friendly and kept fixing the diffenrent parts as they broke John work order 142079
