We had been warned by friends that a kitchen renovation would likely mean delays. As it turned out not only were there no delays Len Kitchen provided excellent service every step of the way. We changed our minds a few times and they responded with the same level of service. To top it off, after the kitchen was installed a few adjustments had to be made and they came the next day to complete the job.

I started shopping at The Home Depot about 8 months ago when we started renovating our home. Since then I have probably been in to my local store more than 100 times. Not once have I been dissatisfied with the service. A number of times the service has been exceptional. I really believe that they set the standard for retail service.
