Several pipes burst in my basement and caused 2 feet of water build up. I had 3 companies come give me quotes and none of them were near what Steve and Asaad quoted me. Not only was he over $1000 cheaper but I also was able to get my carpets and steps to my basement steamed cleaned as well. The area rug and foyer rug look spotless and brand new now and I bought them over 10 years ago. Definitely recommend and will be hiring again for ducts and rest of the carpets in my home real soon.

While reading the newspaper in the basement I heard scratching sounds in the ceiling. I immediately suspected mice and the first 2 companies I had called said the same thing. I called Pest-O-Kill and asked to speak to Vance after reading his reviews; Vance called back about 45 minutes later. He explained to me that ants are also a possibility and more likely as mice would have left evidence in other areas. I asked him to come over the next morning and he was prompt at my door at 9 am the next morning. He heard the sound for 15 seconds and concluded it was ants. I wasn’t convinced so he drilled a small hole and ants came pouring out. He completed the job and I can now read the newspaper in a quite environment and knowing the ants are gone is a good feeling.
