Sadly, my water heater was having some kind of breakdown and there was much hissing and sputtering in my utility room, though not much in the way of hot water.
I promptly called Reliance and was rewarded with a cheerful operator telling me she would arrange a service call right away. I could choose from a variety of time windows, covering from 10am to 11pm! Shortly before my appointment window began, the services technician, Jason M., called to make sure I would be home if he came a little early. He arrived very soon after, had all his stuff with him and he was able to tell me what the trouble was, how he was going to fix it and how long it would take.
True to his word, I had a brand new water tank installed, the old one hauled away with zero effort on my part. Now that’s an awesome thing!!
The best part is, he brought these cool red runners to cover my carpets and tiles, protecting them from the old tank as it was hauled out and from the new tank and its trolley on the way in.
All in all, it was a great experience. Jason was helpful and gave me all the information I needed, the house was just the way he found it when he arrived and, as a bonus, he happily tolerated my annoying little dogs.
