We were looking to replace or front and garage passage doors and called at least 5-6 other suppliers. Some did not call back, some gave a quote over the phone or ballpark without knowing much if anything about what we had and more importantly how we could upgrade and what options are available. We did get a call back from Dmitry from Aztech and he even was able to quickly drop by as he was on another job in the area. He was there about 15 minutes and we already had some answers based on what we thought we wanted to do. It could work but wouldn't look right based on the house, existing space etc. Dmitry was extremely knowledgeable, very help full and patient with us while we were learning to navigate buying a door. So many options, styles and colours etc. I'm sure we spent more time that others and he was there to answer any and all questions. We felt very comfortable with Dmitry and his suggestions. The doors were delivered and installed by Leon who I must say did a fantastic job!! Very professional, courteous and cleaned up before he left. I met Marc early spring 2018 while getting quotes for the job. We found the quote to be compettive based on the scope of the job, we didn't want a quick in and out and there are many out there to oblige. You get what you pay for. We did a full kitchen, powder room and main floor Reno with Dennis and Sean from T-Roc. As this was our first major Reno, Dennis and Sean were very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish, I realized that we had the right team when I called on Friday afternoon on a long weekend and I heard back that same day, they were always there to answer, discuss, problem solve whenever needed. The best answer I got from both was, it's your house it’s you’re not happy with something let me know. Our renovation and Kitchen turned out better than we envisioned and as a very particular and detailed person I can truly say I would highly recommend them and use them again. We also would like to extend our thanks to Angelo from JSA kitchens who worked with T-Roc to deliver a great kitchen cabinets, layout and amazing countertops. This is our second full bathroom renovation and remodel with Lampert Renovations and once again you hit the mark!! your team, attention to detail, quality and professional service were fantastic. We really appreciate that you treat our home the way we would during a reno. the removal of the tub to a full shower, new flooring, cabinet, countertop and plumbing look fantastic. while getting quotes to replace my roof, I found Roof Pro Plus and asked them to quote on the job, I had been getting numbers all over the map, we found their price was competitive based on other established companies. what set them apart was that they explained their quote and what was needed for the job to be done right and why. I had done a lot of research and as a very detailed home owner they stepped up and answered any and all questions I had. there was no problem to get the extra details we were looking for.
