We would like to express our thoughts on the experience we have had with Dry Basement Solutions. The initial contact with Jeremy, o/o, was very pleasant ,he made arrangements to come out and look at the concerns we had with our basement walls. Jeremy explained in detail exactly what the process would be. After preparing an estimate ,we then proceeded to set up a date for the work to be done. Jeremy arrived exactly on the date, did the work as explained. Jeremy is a real professional from the beginning, his work is amazing and we are totally satisfied. In June of 2014 we discovered we had carpenter ants.We had this problem before in 2013 and had contacted a professional pest control company at that time.We were very disappointed in their business ethics,and also the problem still persisted.We contacted Abell Pest Control from the Yellow Pages, and right from the beginning,the representative (Diane) was courteous,professional, and explained everything about the procedure.We were given an appointment in seven days and the technician (Jackie) called prior to her arrival.She was courteous, polite,professional,and explained the procedure step by step.She even put on "booties" over her work shoes for cleanliness.She even would come back within ninety days to do a follow-up treatment (part of the original cost).We are thoroughly pleased with their products and service.We have referred them to our family physician,and friends who have a cottage.We would highly recommend them.
