Over the years we have purchased a new furnace, AC and water heater from them and have used their regular furnace and AC maintenance program. Aroma Kitchens and Baths Inc., located in Oakville, recently completed our kitchen renovation. Even before we had signed a contract, the owner, Hetal, and the designer, Karen, spent a lot of time with us, answering our every question or concern about the process and offering helpful design suggestions. Aroma's price was competitive with other companies but it was their helpfulness, transparency and absence of high pressure sales tactics that made us decide on working with them. Karen was a pleasure to work with. She developed a design that was both functional and attractive. We felt that she took a personal interest in every detail, including finishes and accessory choices. The project started on time and ran smoothly, with no unexpected additional expenses. Any minor adjustments that were required along the way were handled pleasantly and in a timely manner by Hetal. The installers were professional, skilled and accommodating. We are pleased with the quality of the cabinets. The fact that they are made locally was a plus for us. We have no hesitation in recommending Aroma Kitchens and Baths Inc.
