We were very happy to work with Karen and Aroma kitchens on redesigning and building our dream kitchen. Karen made the whole process simple and painless and listened to our wish lists and and helped us see the possibilities for our new kitchen.
There were many choices that needed to be made quickly, and Karen guided us through the designs and key decisions with ease. With COVID we were used to delays and challenges with materials, but Aroma Kitchens delivered our kitchen right on schedule, and the install was quick and professional, with the teams cleaning up along the way. We love the quality and pride of work that Aroma Kitchens stands behind and couldn't be happier with the final results.

We started our Kitchen renovation “idea” by visiting three different designers and then we were referred to Aroma Kitchen by one of our close friends...and our search ended right at the first meeting with Hetal !!!

A “BIG Thanks” to Hetal - a terrific person. Thank you Hetal for your professionalism, knowledge and honesty – much more than we had ever dreamed of. There were no sales pressure nor gimmicks, but a transparent and trust worthy experience. From the moment we entered Aroma Kitchen, we never felt that we were dealing with a sales organisation. Hetal took a great time in explaining details of our choices – and helped us to understand a number of options with our design. Each and every questions and concerns were not only answered but were provided with the BEST solutions. Once the project design was finalised, Hetal helped us during the complete process including selection of the contractor to selection of the Counter Top and Back splash design that would look terrific. His professionalism and attention to the details were impeccable. Basically during the whole process Hetal ensured that we were comfortable.

Not to forget mentioning Kitchen Installer Robert and other staff members of Aroma Kitchen that did an excellent work too.

We moved to Burlington this spring and our kitchen and bathrooms needed major renovations. We chose Aroma Kitchens for the work and Karen was our designer. We have been very pleased with their professionalism from beginning to the end. Karen was so much fun to work with, she can work with any budget really, she listened to what we wanted and made our kitchen dream come true. She was always available to take our calls or respond to our emails (sometimes to many..sorry Karen :)). I also wanted to acknowledge Hetal who was helping us with the wall oven/micro built in installation. Very professional and always making sure the customers are happy and they get what they wanted. The whole experience was very positive and I would recommend Aroma to anyone. We were really impressed with Aroma's warmth, friendliness and knowledge. We have had our kitchen now for over a year and have had a few very minor issues with it. The reason why I am reviewing is because I wanted to say that Aroma has been fantastic with addressing these minor issues and fixing them. They are really standing behind their product and work! Not many companies out there do this nowadays. Their team is very professional and reliable. Their installation person Robert is beyond fantastic. We were very comfortable having him in our home.

Thanks to Karen, our designer, and Gene, our contractor, we now have the kitchen of our dreams! The experience was a positive one, starting with the initial consultations. Karen was very flexible with her time, working around our busy schedule and she was receptive to our ideas, making changes in the design as we came up with different ideas of what we wanted. The start date of our renovation was when we were told and for the most part, the timelines we were told were accurate. Gene, our contractor was very professional, and he communicated with us frequently so we knew what was happening. He was also great at getting back to us in a timely manner if we had any questions. The cost of the project that we were quoted was accurate. Throughout the project we asked Karen for her advice on some of the finishes, and we took her advice and it really enhanced the look of our kitchen. Overall, we are so happy with our renovation...we often just sit and look around our kitchen admiring the quality, the design, and the functionality of it.

We received good solid advice and service on layout, materials, fixtures and safety requirements for a total kitchen reno from designer Karen at Aroma. Quality cabinets ,fixtures, backsplashes and countertops supplied at a reasonable cost. Installation was done carefully and neatly. We are very satisfied with our new kitchen and recommend Aroma.

Karen opened up my kitchen by enlarging the dining entrance and creating a new counter area that gave me was I was looking for. She gave it a classic, polished and bright look that will stand the test of time

I now have the kitchen of my dreams thanks to Heidi and Aroma Kitchens! They are professional and deliver on what they promise! From my initial meeting with Heidi, our designer, I was impressed. I felt like she listened to exactly what I wanted and made our vision come to life! The price point was fair (about midrange of 6 quotes). The quality appears good and our kitchen is beautiful. The installer was professional and we felt comfortable having him in our home. I can honestly say there is not one single thing I would change about this kitchen that Heidi created! I highly recommend Aroma Kitchens to anyone looking for a beautiful new kitchen. We honestly could not be happier with our decision to go with Aroma

Aroma Kitchen & Baths were a pleasure to work with and the end result was a stunning bathroom that addressed all our needs and wants. Karen guided us skillfully thru the material selection and decision making process ensuring we didn't feel overwhelmed. They worked with our schedule and kept us up to date through the entire process.

Karen was our consultant & she was very professional. She listened to what we wanted & was able to come up with a plan that we were happy with. The only negative comment we would have is that it took longer than we enticipated because we were waiting for the glass shower. We are enjoying our new ensuite.
