Hi have called Sam from JSN two times in the past few months. The first call, I needed to replace the hinges on the Dacor double oven doors. Sam came for a diagnostic visit, ordered the parts, and returned to complete the repair. Oven doors close with a perfect seal now! Thanks, Sam. I recently had Sam over to fix my dryer - drum turning but no heat. Sam brought the heating element with him and repaired the dryer. He volunteered to spend some time and vaccuum out the lint inside the dryer as well. Sam is a professional. He sets up an appt, keeps the appt, shows up on time, treats your house and appliances carefully, and is honest. No upselling any other parts! The price is fair, you can find cheaper but the quality of work will not be there. I have recommended Sam to many neighbors and friends.

After reading the comments and reviews on Homestars, I decided to call Mike to fix and tune up my four garage doors. Two of the doors were inoperable altogether. Mike made the appointment for the same day, showed up on time and didn't rush through the job. In all, he replaced gears for one motor, replaced the torsion cables on another door, replaced the safety sensors on a third, and installed a wireless keypad. He lubricated all the rollers and springs and changed all the lightbulbs as a courtesy. His professionalism and friendly demeanor was appreciated. If you have any issues with your garage doors, do not hesitate to call Mike - you will be very pleased. I am referring Mike to my neighbors and friends without any hesitation.
