We also started this project which lasted one year without results. I have never felt so swindled as I have with Karen. Charges, after charges, after charges for the same conversations, same design, same meetings with no results. It became what was the beginning of a lack of transparency, but mostly a lack of trust. A hard, and one of the most expensive lesson learned, and I am hoping to forewarn anyone thinking that she has great design capabilities or knowledge. After firing her, she has the audacity to email me, and ask not why I was firing her, but rather did I want to order furniture as she was in the process of ordering furniture in bulk for a better deal.
