We had a leak last winter and Integrity dispatched someone quickly to do an emergency repair. They returned in spring to assess the roof and recommended a partial replacement due to worn tiles and malfunctioning joint area. We got a couple of comparative assessments and quotes and Integrity's was the best price for the most thorough repair and by far the most extensive explanation complete with photos of the problems they would fix. Great communications and the roof work was efficient, tidy and thorough.

When we bought and renovated 7 years ago, we found old pine floors under many layers of flooring. We love them but they were showing their wear. Andrei and his crew were great to work with. The spring on our back door lock broke so we could not open the door at all even after we took the door handle apart. Not obviously a job for a locksmith but I couldn't figure out who else could get the mechanism unstuck from our door without soldering. Dimitar responded quickly to my email and fixed the issue with care. Fabulous service.

When our sump pump stopped working we had one tradesperson who advised we needed to redo all our weeping tile at a cost of thousands in order to prevent further dirt from clogging the sump pump. We got a second opinion from Valentin who pointed out that the size of the debris meant it must have been from the original installation and not from the weeping tile. He came promptly, did a careful job and explained all our options. The cost was completely reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with.
