An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We decide to purchase and install 6 windows with Vinyl Window Pro in 2013. Representative Avi came on time, demonstrated professionalism and good knowledge about the windows. The whole process with this company was good! Unfortunately only one person worked on installation at that time, as we know, second installer called sick. Technician Thomas suppose to work by himself. It's took a bit longer then was expected but wasn't an issue. Thomas was great! He did really good job! He was very tidy, clean and professionally working! We are happy with our new windows and quality of service provided! Thank you!
