called energy tech and they sent me out Khan who came the same day. charged me 80.00 for a repair estimate and i decided that it would be better to buy a new one Khan was very helpful in my decision as to what brand and what was a good one to buy. Called him back and he came the next day and installed it in no time he checked to see if it worked properly and any leaks and even helped me carry out the old one to the curb the cost this time was 145.00 Khan was on time and even changed and even asked another customer if he could come later to there apt so i could get mine finished before i went to work thanks again Khan

unfortunately soon after having our air conditioner fixed it needed repairing again I called reliance and they had Naresh chatarpaul come out and look at it. I found this gentlemen totally professional and courteous. He fixed the problem and gave me some excellent advice that I had never heard to keep my air conditioner working smoothly. I also would like to say he noticed a electrical panel outside that wasn't closing properly so he fixed it and put a safety tab on it in case of children. having two small children under the age of five I cant tell you how valuable that extra mile means. thank you again for that Naresh

mike came out and found the problem right away very courteous and professional I would call him again came within the reported time and called when he was close by
