Thanks to Reliance for a great experience! We needed a new furnace and AC and met Michael Morrison. He was great - walked us through the whole process and made some great recommendations based on our needs and what would be best. Michael was always available whenever my wife and I had questions about the purchase. Even when we requested some changes, Michael was available and worked through the process with us. He made the process so much easier. The install was great - Amir Marandi and Adam Kieffer installed the system and were great! Very friendly, very hard working and finished earlier than expected. At the end, they went over all the details of the new system. And the cleaned up everything - which was very appreciated. Michael even stopped by at the end to check everything out. After finding a flood in the basement i had Sam come in to repair the cause...he was great! He accommodated me on the same day and was able to repair the damage quickly. Courteous and professional service - can't ask for anything more!
