We are very pleased in purchasing our new HVAC from Convertible Heating & AC Inc. Chris was very pleasant and thorough in explaining the different units, brand names that they carried and how efficient their products are for our needs. The installers were prompt, polite and did an amazing job as well. They prepped my stairway and basement with runners so my carpet remained clean. The workers worked all day and made sure everything was properly installed and in working order before the day was done. They answered any questions we had with great knowledge too.

I was very satisfied with the representative, Larry. He was on time according to my appointment and he described the product very well and the price was reasonable as well.The installer, Edward, was very nice and did a good job. He explained the function of the door and afterwards cleaned up after the job was completed.
