I have never worked with a company that is more professional and reliable. In addition to our weekly cleanings, I have gone through 2 post renovations and move-in cleanups with the LUX team. In both instances the whole process was a breeze from start to finish. Allan Driedger, Managing Director and Lisa Robb, Business Director and the LUX team offer excellent customer service. They always ensure that I am updated on how our weekly cleanings go and if there is something that is out of sorts or they notice something needs attention (even when not requested) they will always let me know and ask how they can help to make our lives easier. As our needs are always changing, the LUX team is always on top of how they can adjust their services to meet our needs. I always feel assured that they will do everything they can to make their clients happy and will go above and beyond the cleaning services we require. No job is to great or too small.
