As a premium home builder it’s important for me to find suppliers that deliver top quality product at a fair price. A friend suggested that I contact Tailored Living to quote on a home that was near completion. I met with Dan and Marc at the home and immediately liked them both. They know their stuff; they made suggestions for closet design and function that other bidders did not. They suggested creative ways to cut costs without compromising on quality or function. This was a large project with 10 rooms in total; Dan worked diligently to keep his installation team on track and on time. When a supplier dropped the ball Dan did the right thing by communicating immediately exactly what went wrong and how he would fix it and when it would be fixed. Knowing they were now late Dan and his team did what was necessary to bring the project back inline; this included several late nights and a few weekends. Since the completion of this project Dan and his team have done other projects for me and the execution has been flawless, I would not hesitate to recommend Dan and Tailored Living to any of my customers in the future.
