From the moment Pat showed up at our house to quote, we had a good feeling about him. He didn't pull up in a fancy car and a flashy suit like so many other "salesmen" who had come to bid. He seemed like an regular guy, who knew his stuff and was an honest family business owner. When asked about unexpected things such as big rocks and water, his response (unlike the others) was NOT "That might cost more." what he said was "We'll take care of it." And they did. Tony, Pasquale, John and Corny were polite, respectful and very hard workers. During one of the wettest springs on record, they trudged and shoveled mud out of our basement. They waterproofed, laid weeping tile & drains and poured the concrete. There were no extra costs, and if there was ever an issue, they were quick to address it. Their price was extremely competitive and I would recommend them and use them again in a heart beat.

Yu Ching and his team at YCL went above and beyond to not only do thorough work for our basement underpinning engineering, but also provided so much helpful advice along the way. We underpinned the basement of our semi-detached home. YCL provided the initial drawings and also did inspections as work progressed. His team was always prompt and courteous when coming to our home. YCL took care of applying for city permits on our behalf, saving us so much time and hassle. Whenever we had a question, Yu Ching was there. With such a major renovation project, it was extremely reassuring to have such a great engineer looking after our home. Thanks so much for helping this project go smoothly. We'd definitely use YCL again! Yu Ching was always prompt in replying to any concerns we had.
