Checked 3 quotes and and chose retro teck as we used them to replace our windows in a prior home. Don measured the windows. When the windows arrived the slider door and kitchen were the wrong size. As the current windows has trim on the outside, this was supposed to stay. As the windows were incorrectly measuredthe trim had to be ripped off. The rupping of the trim caused damage to some of the siding. Don, did come and took our paint and sample of the trim to replace the trim. The trim does look slightly different. May not be noticeable to some, but we see the difference. Don did try to correct the discrepancy, bit I feel that we should have been given at least a discount for the discrepancy as the outcome was not part of the original quote.
