Having a flood and cleaning up is stressful. I was so happy to see Paul F. (RCH 0498) from Reliance Home Comfort. I was given an appointment time of 1pm-5pm and you know that usually means 5pm. Paul arrived at 11am…I was so surprised when I opened my door. He was so helpful and informative. Such a pleasure to deal with. I'm annoyed with Reliance Home Comfort. I rent my water heater and apparently this one was 19 years old. At no point did anyone suggest replacing it due to age…I wonder how energy efficient it was. When I spoke with the company I was told I had to "buyout" my water heater. I wouldn't think a 19 year old water heater would have any value left on it but apparently it does. I'm hoping insurance payouts out for the flood!

My experience with Wendall and Faye was amazing. Wendall came to the house in a timely matter and provided a no pressure quote. Our eaves were original to the house and I was afraid I might have to have more than just the eaves replaced. Wendall looked over everything and let me know it was all okay except the eaves; he even made recommendations to reroute some downspouts so they drained better and were less noticeable from the street. We had a family emergency the days the crew came to replace the eaves so no one could be home, Faye spoke highly of the team and assured me everything would be great even without us there. Faye was right, the eaves look amazing and work so well. The team cleaned everything up and the neighbours reported the crew was great. On my return, I didn't like the placement of one of the downspout returns as it was aimed at a bush. Wendall quickly came out and righted the situation. I would highly recommend this company.
