Urgently needed to fix a furnace/AC issue (as the AC would not perform properly and we were having very hot days). We called them for an inspection. They quickly scheduled one within a couple days. The maintenance guys confirmed that our furnace fan had given up. The estimate for a new blower was not worth it. We needed a new furnace ASAP. The salesperson (Margaret) was booked that same Friday night. She was very professional, explained our options and answered all our numerous questions! We ended up signing a contract that same night for a new furnace. They managed to install it on the Monday, first thing. Great turnaround! The installers (McCloud and Vinnie) were fantastic! Very professional, clean, careful not to damage the house, super knowledgeable and full of ideas/advice! They also answered my many questions with the upmost respect and integrity. The entire process was stress-free and very well handled by Atlas! I would highly recommend their services!

We had 5 older windows replaced. We had a great experience throughout. From picking the right windows, explaining all the process, the options, to answering every question I had with the highest professionalism, Mark has truly been someone I felt I could trust. On many occasions, he was clearly acting in our best interest. He wanted our business and really worked to fully deserve it. In the end, him and his installation crew delivered on everything, as promised. It's been a real pleasure! Our windows look awesome and they gave us a top quality product&install and left no mess behind! We actually just signed tonight for a new door system and a bay window. I expect nothing but the best, again. I'll make sure I remember to update this post when the job is done. Looking forward to my new door&windows!

I bought 5 windows from Mark. Throughout the whole purchasing process, he has been absolutely great with my wife and I. We are always extra careful when dealing with contractors and buying items for the long-run. He was very patient, friendly and explained everything. He also gave us great advice. We went with SDL grill windows in ivory and they look amazing! I was very pleased with the quality of the installation by Richard and his team. They ripped out the old windows and installed the new ones without leaving any noticeable traces. I don’t even have to do any painting inside or out! It was a breeze and I love my new windows! I would highly recommend their services!

Flavio and his helper did a great job. Very polite and friendly, did clean work, had good ideas, took extra steps to make sure their work was safely performed. Fair pricing. I would recommend their services to anyone.
