TDB Developments was professional from start to finish. Trever was reliable from the first phone call, the estimate and then all with all the designs, material choices and finally the quality finished product. He did a fantastic job at transforming out old bathroom into a luxurious space. I would recommend TDB Developments for any house renovation and would definitely use them again.

We had our kitchen remodel completed by Canlik Kitchens and I can say enough great things about this company. From the moment we walked into the Showroom they took great care to make sure we were happy with all of our decisions and material choices. Our renovation was booked within 6 weeks without hassle. From the moment they began the Reno, to 4 days later when they completed the job, they worked tirelessly to ensure the job was done to a very high standard and quickly. The crew arrived promptly at 8:00 am and worked until 9:00 pm every day. We were amazed by their work ethic! We had only one small issue with the cabinet over the fridge which was too large. When we contacted Canlik, they created a new cabinet and installed it the next day no questions asked! They spent so much time making sure we were happy and pleased with their product, it was clear that they cared about their workmanship. This is the only Kitchen Company recommend to all my friends! Go with this company, you won't be disappointed! I just wish they made built in cabinets too!

We had our basement finished by Bilam in October of 2014 and are still thrilled at the quality of the workmanship! We met with Adam on several occasions to go over and reconfigure plans and he was understanding, helpful and easy to work with. We had a bedroom, bathroom, and large living space put into our unfinished basement. Throughout the renovation, the entire Bilam Team were great to work with! Over the course of 2 months, they were flexible, professional and worked to a high standard. We weren't without issue, as is common in any renovation. At one point we changed our minds on the location of the wall sconces after they had been roughed in, the electrician changed the location without hesitation. They had to remove the basement window on several occasions to get the materials in, and reinstall it. In the end, we ended up with a better installed window than what was originally there at no extra cost to us. The drywall took a little longer than anticipated but that is because Bryan (who did the mud and taping) worked with precision which made the final product flawless! Slow and steady made for the best mud & tape job I have ever seen! Each little hiccup was treated with speed and a smile. I think the quality of a contractor is in the men and woman with whom they work, and Bilam has an AMAZING Team! We just moved into a new home, and Bilam was the first company we contacted to help us install a new kitchenette in the basement. You will not be disappointed if you hire this team!
