Basement underpinning/lowering
We live in a 100+ year old semi in Toronto with a typical low basement (6.5'). Having worked with contractors professionally and personally for many years, I can easily say that hiring New Depths was one of the best renovation decisions we've ever made. Mark communicated exceptionally well, ensured everything was understood prior to doing the work, coordinated with other trades for sewer/water main replacements and electrical work, addressed issues as they came up, didn't charge extras for unexpected findings, and had a crew on site every day for the duration of the project. His crew was polite and very diligent in their effort. Honestly, if you're looking to do this type of job, there's really no need to look anywhere else. The result for us was fantastic and I would recommend New Depths without hesitation.

Good morning Rob and thank you very much for your review of my business New Depths Underpinning Inc. Despite the winter weather, the crew established a very steady rhythm on your project and we were able to finish even a little bit ahead of schedule. Those small unexpected findings always occur on these projects, and we're happy to deal with them as they come up. I hope your finishing project also goes smoothly and you're enjoying your new basement very soon.
All the best - Mark & the New Depths Underpinning Team
