The initial service provided by this company was timely and satisfactory. There were a couple of issues in terms of cuts that needed to be fixed after the install which I was fine with but the after sales service has been so disappointing. Three months later I am still waiting for them to fix a couple of things. Once again I put aside time to meet with the installer and they have not shown up and the owner of the company is 'too busy' to call me. I feel so disappointed and wished I had held back the balance of the payment as I fear I will never see these people again. I will post again if anything changes.

Marc was very good at interpreting my wishes and executing everything on time and to my complete satisfaction. He did 4 closets for me including a large walk-in and I am VERY happy with the results and the service I received. I would highly recommend Tailored Living!
