We had contacted Ottawa Siding Ltd after seeing the wonderful work that the did on another house in our neighbourhood. In fact, we liked the work we saw so much, we got the same look done on our house. Jordan was so easy to work with, friendly, courteous, gave us a timely quote, and was prompt in scheduling the work. The work we required was a full replacement of our home's exterior, replication of existing decoration and trim, and full eavestrough replacement. Jordan was in constant communication throughout the project, asking questions if he had any in a timely fashion. He and his team performed excellent work, on time and on budget. Problems we had had with our eavestroughs prior to his work are now gone. I cannot recommend Ottawa Siding Ltd more. Fantastic work and a fantastic company.

Very professional service and knowledgeable staff. We had leakage with our furnace and a technician was sent quickly at a very convenient time. The problem was a simple fix that he explained clearly. It took no time at all and the technician was very courteous and professional.

We have had eavestroughs that required servicing because they were leaking, which was becoming problematic in the winter, as ice was forming on the walkway between our house and the neighbours. . We were recommended this organization from friends of ours that had work done from them previously. Scheduling was a bother as I would often call, get voicemail and no reply. Suddenly without warning, the worker showed up with a ladder and worked for all of 20 minutes. Cost: $150. This winter, since the work was done, has proved to be worse than other years and the eavestroughing has not worked in the least. In fact, now icicles are forming between the eaves and the roof, which will damage the roof more. We are now experiencing the most ice we have ever had between our home and the neighbour. Repairs can only be done when it's dry, and I have absolutely no confidence that work will ever be followed up on. Not recommending to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

From Ron who sold us the windows, to Ramesh who did the installation, great job all around. Worked on time, on budget, and took care of all glass removal as well. The windows are top quality and we received instructions on use and care as well. Ramesh should also be commended for keeping us apprised with everything that was going on. He came to us with any questions he had. True professional. Would recommend this team any time!
