We put a new door from our mud room into the garage. Things didn't go as smoothly as the last time that I used Centennial. It took way too long for a single door order, lots of mix ups on measuring and instructions. However, the installers saved the day ! ! Our 5 and a half year old hot water heater died but we are very thankful that Matthew Froemchen (Employee 2402) was assigned to replace it. The original service tech told us that the brand of heater we had was no longer available and ordered us a different tank. When Matt arrived the next day he realized that this was a mistake and arranged to have the exact same unit delivered that same morning. This saved hours of work as the replacement unit originally ordered had significantly different physical dimensions and required a 3" vent vs. the 2.5" vent we currently had. Matt was very friendly and personable and took the extra effort to keep things clean, which is not an easy task with the weather we've had. Thank you Matt for a job well done!!!
