I requested services from JSN to fix the longstanding issue I had with my KitchenAid stove top - the burners were not heating properly. I was able to secure an appointment same day and the technician (Sam) that serviced my appliance was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and fixed the issue within 30 mins. The entire experience was great - Sam was effective and efficient in taking care of an issue that had persisted for more than a year. My only regret is not calling them sooner. I experienced basement flooding in my crawl space to discover the water was coming in from outside the house via the foundation. I was referred to Canada Water Proofers (CWP) via my prior contractor and I'm so happy I called them. They came immediately to assess the issue and within about 1.5 weeks, provided an estimate, gathered the appropriate permissions from the utilities and city, and completed the job just before the next rain/snow fall and before Christmas. I know that Slava put in extra effort to make all this happen and the crew was very efficient and professional. Thank you CWP !
