Horrible! I have had an awful experience with Jermark Plumbing & Mechanical Services Ltd. When my kitchen sink became clogged, our management office, Del Property Management, recommended Jermark. Therefore, I presumed Jermark would be reliable. In his first visit, the plumber claimed that defective parts caused the problem and that they needed to be replaced. He was several hours late for the follow-up visit, and when he did appear, offered no apologies. This was especially aggravating since I had to take a full day off from work – not a half day as I had planned – to accommodate what should have been a morning call. After the part replacement job was completed, the sink remained clogged. What is unbelievable is that he was ready to leave without making sure that the water was now running freely! According to what he told me, grease was to blame! Finally, the plumber left without leaving the defective parts. Later when I was cleaning up, I noticed that a new U-pipe – installed by my friend in an earlier attempt to fix my problem before I called in Jermark – had been replaced, leaving only the new slip nuts. The cost of Jermark’s parts and two visits: $610.00. I can only conclude – in the absence of any reasonable explanation for the original clogging problem – that the plumber was not honest. Also, I doubt if I really needed to have the parts replaced. Given their total disregard for customer service and satisfaction, I will never call Jermark Plumbing & Mechanical Services Ltd. again, nor would I recommend them.
