We have been long time customers of enercare (direct energy). They usually come out within 24 hrs to fix any issues at our home. Today our furnace needed some parts repaired and Peter Bhatti was the tech sent out to our home. He was kind, personable, took the time to explain things to me. Was a perfect, seamless appointment. Thank you Peter!!!

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. Aziz, the service technician who came to our house was very knowledgeable and explained our furnace problem in detail so that I would understand. I appreciated the time he took to clearly explain our issues. I felt that Aziz truly helped us, spent a great deal of time fixing our problem and even waited a few minutes to ensure everything was in working order. Very grateful for such a wonderful technician.

I was super impressed with the professional workers! Slavic was amazing. Best team of roofers! For the insulation Robert and Steve came out and were incredibly hard working, explained everything they were doing and left the house spotless. From the beginning to the end- changing our roof was much more pleasant that I anticipated. Thank you George Kent home Improvements! Your product is top quality! Your workers friendly and professional! I will be recommending your company highly!
