It’s rare to have a company (especially in the home renovation business) be so responsive, friendly, invested in customer service, and so quick to get the job done and done well. Chef was a pleasure to deal with. Ours was a very small stucco repair and while other companies either made me feel like our project wasn’t worth their time or never even bothered to return my call when they heard it was just for a minor repair, Chef made me feel like I was as important as any large project - and he didn’t put me off for weeks. The job was done within a week! His friendly and cheerful demeanour was a welcome surprise -especially in this day in age where customer service is an after thought.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

The technician was courteous and patient. He walked me through everything he was doing, and how to do some easy upkeep of my own. His rates are also incredibly reasonable.
