Angelo's company is the only one I will use and trust, as long as they are in business. I have experienced many moves prior to receiving a recommendation for Benini Moving from a friend in 2013. Since then, I used Angelo's company twice for big moves (2013, 2021), as well as for smaller jobs. I have recommended them to several family members, who also needed large moves, including some long distance moves. All of us were uniformly extremely satisfied with the service every time, which felt time a rare gem in this industry. Angelo is very honest, gives detailed and fair quotes, and myself or my family have never once been surprised with additional charges. Communication has also always been excellent, both in advance of the move, as well as on the day. They have alway been very punctual. The team is extremely careful with the belongings they move, yet still very efficient. I just can't say enough good things about Angelo and his team, and the way he runs his business. Prior to meeting him, I found moving extremely stressful, and there was almost always a problem with the move - extra charges, unexpected delays, items damaged through carelessness. I have complete faith in this company, and will not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to friends and family.

If I could give these guys 11/10, I would. For anyone considering home automation, I highly recommend this company for two main reasons: (1) the team and their work ethic, and (2) the Control4 home automation system. I have never worked with a more diligent, dedicated, SMART group of contractors. These guys are true experts at what they do. There is no problem that they aren't able to troubleshoot. They are extremely responsive to any requests. They know their systems inside and out, and are very creative in finding solutions that fit your home - which is not always easy. Also, the Control4 interface is absolutely amazing. Forgive the layperson description here. It works over wifi, so there is no need for breaking drywall or for hardwire installations. The Control4 app is intuitive and easy to use, and we can basically control our home from our iPhones, our TV, and a 'smart' remote control (or you can get build in wall consoles or iPads). We have full control of our lighting system, security, motorized blinds, audiovisual systems, and thermostats, 24/7, from anywhere in the world. We also have motion-sensor activated lighting in certain areas - so no need to ever touch a light switch if you don't want to. However, the Control4 customized keypads (which replace your regular light switches) are so cool that you WILL still want to press buttons on the wall. They look modern and sleek, they light up in the dark, and the various buttons control various lighting 'scenes', meaning that they can control numerous lights at the same time. We have buttons that turn off all the lights in the house (by the front door and in the master bedroom), or buttons that give us just the right lighting when we want to 'dine', 'cook', or watch a 'movie'. The system is very customizable. It's amazing. I really could not be happier with our Smart home, and now that I've experienced digitally interacting with various aspects of the house via Control4, I don't think I could 'live' any other way. The motorized panel track (curtain) and the swivelling TV mount were all installed by Premier Smart Homes.

I hired Brent to do a home inspection on a newly built townhouse, and I am extremely happy with the service he provided. He found several issues that we would have never noticed ourselves, or would have never known that we can ask the builder to change. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and seemed very honest. Since moving into a newly built house, I realized that 'new' doesn't mean 'perfect', by a long stretch. Brent's inspection did wonders to lift our anxieties. He didn't just show us the areas that will need to be fixed (not too many thank goodness!), but also helped us understand what is normal and what we can reasonably demand from the builder (i.e. how not to get bullied!). His service is worth every penny!
